HI! I'm Stephanie, a multi-media artist and psychenaut. This means I love to explore the nature of the mind and portray those insights through visual art.
Self empowerment is a big deal to me and I've spent over a decade exploring alternative cultural practices to arrive at an understanding of how to live an integral and love-infused life. Everything from meditation retreats to exploring a variety of relationship structures (monogamy, polyamory), to nonverbal communication practices like contact dance and other authentic relating practices.
An essential gems I've gained from my spiritual explorations is how to be the storyteller of my own life. All images convey meaning and the images we welcome into our environment will help to anchor empowering ideas and frames-of-thought into our conscious and unconscious minds. Let's choose to tell ourselves stories that uplift us towards integrity, clarity, and love!
