Refund policy

Your product satisfaction is my priority! If you require a return or exchange, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order to get either:

(A) Store credit for the full order value including your original shipping
(B) A full refund minus your original shipping costs

Please include clear pictures of the damaged giclee and the box.

Star Portrait Commissions are exempt from refunds due to being a custom product and thus considered a final sale item.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Thank you.
